We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual who has management experience running a fast-pace restaurant helping owners run and expand the daily operation; being personable with customers while helping to uphold our high standards of delivering a consistent experience to our customers. As a Bacon Street Diner Front of House Manager, you will be working hand-in-hand directly with the owners and other team leaders implementing budgets, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, training and supervising fellow team members as well as most importantly ensuring the needs of all guests are consistently exceeded.

Setting and maintaining a fun atmosphere to help staff be upbeat, which translate to a better customer experience. Ensuring daily operations are run properly and cost effectively. Supervises the activities of all FOH personnel and work closely with KM and BOH team to ensure smooth services. Responsible for firing, hiring, training, coaching and counseling as needed. Interacting with all customers to ensure best possible dining experience and rapidly correcting any guest issues. Creating weekly schedules and handling personnel paperwork. Reporting directly to the owners.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role at a full service restaurant. Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager at a full service restaurant. Experience maintaining schedules and ordering/inventory. Must be willing to work any shift or position in times of need, including holidays. Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. Enjoys interacting with customers and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills. Does not avoid conflict resolution. Hands-on leadership in a high-paced scratch-kitchen restaurant. Can maintain a high-speed of motion and work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks in the fastest time possible. Can lead by example for others to follow. Familiarity with MS Office, Google and basic computer knowledge. Has own reliable transportation to get to and from work at any hour as well as able to make company deliveries or errands if needed. Must have previous server experience. Able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 40lbs. Able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time. Able to bend, stretch, twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
