We move fast, we take care of our guests, and we hold ourselves to a high standard from the front door to the back of the lanes. We're looking for a Shift Manager who can step into that environment, take ownership of the floor, and lead the team through everything a busy night throws at them. As Shift Manager, you are the person in charge while you're on the clock. You set the energy, hold the standards, coach the team in real time, and make the calls that keep service moving. You report to the General Manager and work alongside our bartenders, servers, lane attendants, kitchen, and event staff. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be running shifts on bowling nights, watch parties, live band events, birthday parties, and packed weekend rushes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the shift — open, transition, or close the building; manage staffing levels, breaks, and floor coverage. Lead the team — pre-shift the staff, set expectations, coach in the moment, and keep the energy up through the rush. Own the guest experience — table touches, recovering service issues, making sure every guest leaves happy. Hit the standards — uphold cleanliness, food safety, alcohol service compliance, and brand standards across bar, kitchen, lanes, and dining. Manage the money — run cash handling, tip-outs, voids, comps, and end-of-shift reconciliation accurately. Handle the unexpected — double-booked lanes, a 40-top that walks in, a no-call no-show, a guest complaint — you make the call and move on. Communicate up and across — shift notes, incident reports, and clean handoffs to the next manager and the GM. Support events — birthday parties, league nights, watch parties, and live entertainment — keep them running smoothly.

Pay:

$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
