Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient transaction processing and reporting. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff. Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery. Skills Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and catering operations. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Exceptional leadership qualities with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
