The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, customer-focused, and able to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations Manage and support staff during shifts Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally Create and manage staff schedules Train new employees Control inventory and communicate ordering needs Monitor labor, food costs, and daily performance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Open and/or close the restaurant when needed Help improve sales, service, and overall restaurant operations
Requirements:
Previous restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Customer service mindset Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of POS systems is a plus Food safety knowledge is a plus
