We are known for great food, strong guest relationships, late-night operations, big-game watch parties, and a fast-paced atmosphere where hospitality and teamwork come first. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager
  • Restaurant to lead our busy sports bar environment/ dining establishment with passion and precision.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize food service management, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This position requires a strong leader who is highly organized, operationally driven, and comfortable managing both high-volume daytime and late-night business. Operations & Leadership Oversee all daily restaurant operations including lunch, dinner, and late-night service Lead and manage FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak business hours Ensure all opening, shift change, and closing procedures are properly executed Create and maintain staff schedules based on business volume and labor targets Enforce company policies, standards, and operational procedures Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all departments Coordinate with kitchen management to oversee food production, catering services, banquet events, and bar operations as needed.
  • Staff Management Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members and managers in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
Hold employees accountable while fostering a positive and professional work environment Conduct staff performance evaluations, disciplinary actions when necessary and ongoing training to foster a motivated and skilled team. Lead pre-shift meetings and maintain clear communication with staff Build strong morale and promote teamwork between departments Guest Experience Ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality and service Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Build relationships with regular guests and community members Maintain a strong sports bar atmosphere during major sporting events and promotions Implement management strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and promote a positive dining atmosphere. Financial & Administrative Manage labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and operating expenses Monitor inventory, ordering, waste control, and product usage Review daily sales reports, comps, voids, discounts, and cash handling procedures Ensure proper POS usage and accountability among staff Assist ownership with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals Marketing & Community Engagement Support and execute promotional events, watch parties, specials, and community events Help drive business through social media, local partnerships, and in-house promotions Maintain strong relationships with vendors and local representatives Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a sports bar, casual dining, or high-volume bar environment Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, kitchen management, and food safety practices. Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing late-night operations preferred Knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and inventory controls Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
