Floor Manager - Delray Beach Restaurant A well-established, high-volume restaurant in Delray Beach is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering a great guest experience every shift. We are actively interviewing now. What You'll Do Run the floor during service and keep operations moving efficiently Uphold strong service standards and support your front-of-house team Manage shifts, including opening and closing duties Engage with guests and handle any issues with professionalism Collaborate with senior management on daily operations Assist with training, onboarding, and team development Keep the floor organized, clean, and running smoothly Partner with the kitchen to maintain a seamless service flow What We're Looking For Background in restaurant management, assistant management, or senior shift leadership Experience in high-volume, fast-paced settings Natural leader who stays composed under pressure Team-first attitude with a hands-on approach Dependable, detail-oriented, and accountable Clear communicator and confident problem-solver Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak service times About Us We're a lively, well-loved restaurant in Delray Beach with a strong local following and a team that takes hospitality seriously.
