Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service during all shifts Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing staff development Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to uphold quality standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation protocols Support shift management by coordinating schedules, managing customer flow, and resolving operational issues promptly Contribute to budgeting efforts by controlling costs related to food, labor, and supplies Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns swiftly and professionally Assist with restaurant management tasks such as supervising food production, catering events, bar operations, and banquet services when needed Experience Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management with a strong background in restaurant operations Supervising experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing Hands-on experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices Demonstrated leadership skills through staff training & development, team management, and interviewing candidates Knowledge of food preparation techniques across various cuisines and culinary styles Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiency in a restaurant setting Background in catering, banquet services or hotel food & beverage operations is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer service Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable dining experiences!
