This is not a sit-down management position — we are looking for someone who leads by example, works alongside the team, and helps drive a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily café restaurant operations Lead and supervise staff during shifts Train new employees and continue staff development Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience Assist with scheduling and shift coverage Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs Help manage labor and food costs Ensure quality, speed, and consistency of food and drinks Handle customer concerns professionally Support opening and closing procedures Maintain team accountability and workplace standards Skills and Qualifications Previous restaurant or café management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented Must be willing to work on the floor with the team Weekend and holiday availability required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred

Pay:

$48,000 Annually +
