Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Front of House Manager We are seeking a polished, service-driven Front of House Manager for a high-volume upscale restaurant. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, enjoys developing people, and knows how to deliver a memorable guest experience with consistency and confidence. The ideal candidate is systems-minded, energetic, highly organized, and passionate about food, beverage, wine, cocktails, service standards, and driving sales. Responsibilities
  • Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong floor presence
  • Coach, train, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and support staff
  • Reinforce steps of service, table maintenance, guest engagement, timing, and elevated hospitality standards
  • Drive sales through menu knowledge, wine and beverage education, upselling, and thoughtful guest recommendations
  • Lead engaging pre-shifts focused on service goals, menu updates, and team development
  • Maintain strong systems around opening and closing, side work, reservations, seating flow, cleanliness, and shift communication
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a hospitality-first mindset
  • Partner with culinary and bar leadership to ensure smooth service and strong communication Ideal Candidate
  • FOH management experience in an upscale, polished casual, steakhouse, seafood, chef-driven, or high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Strong food, beverage, wine, cocktail, beer, and spirits knowledge
  • Proven ability to train, coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Calm, confident leadership style in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality, guest service, team culture, and sales Benefits
