We are seeking a motivated and energetic Front End Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at the front of house. In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with a strong background in food service management and hospitality to make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Lead front-of-house operations, including customer service, order accuracy, and overall guest experience Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development to ensure high performance Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours for efficient service Oversee food preparation processes in the front of house, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and quality control measures Handle cash transactions, POS systems such as Toast POS and daily cash handling procedures accurately Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless food production and presentation Enforce health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members to build a strong team culture Support budgeting efforts by controlling labor costs and minimizing waste through effective inventory control Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on front-of-house operations Extensive background in food preparation, serving, and hospitality management within casual dining or fine dining settings Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development programs Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen management principles Experience managing budgets, controlling inventory, and optimizing operational efficiency Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster excellent customer service standards Previous experience in restaurant management roles including assistant manager or shift supervisor is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
