General Manager (Working Manager) - Fort Myers, FL Join the Burger Monger Team Burger Monger, Tampa Bay's award-winning fast fresh casual restaurant company, is seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead our Fort Myers location. This is a hands-on working manager position . We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and is willing to work alongside their team while delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of restaurant leadership, strong people-development skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Interview Process Qualified candidates will participate in an initial Zoom interview. Training Requirement Travel to our St. Petersburg/South Pasadena training location is required prior to assuming full responsibilities at the Fort Myers restaurant. Training expenses may be discussed during the interview process.
