Assist Clubhouse Manager in ensuring all F & B staff adhere to Pasadena Yacht & Country Club standards. Train and coach server, bartenders, halfway house and beverage cart attendants to ensure highest level of service for our membership. Be a visible presence in the operation to provide recognition, promote membership relations and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for members. Ensure all food and beverages served are of the highest quality. Observe the physical condition of the club and equipment to make recommendations for correction and improvements as needed. Assist in inventory, cost control, and labor control. Assist Special Events Manager in banquet and event set up. This position has primarily, but is not limited to, PM responsibilities. Manage inhouse canned beverage program.
