In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience Lead, motivate, and manage staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control to ensure proper stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs Supervise food handling procedures, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Handle cash management duties including POS (Point of Sale) system operations such as Aloha POS and Micros POS systems Coordinate shift schedules, supervise staff performance, and oversee kitchen management activities Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to optimize profitability Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Oversee catering, banquet events, bar services, and special functions as needed Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Experience managing staff training & development programs in a hospitality setting Background in managing quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment Excellent communication skills with experience in interviewing and hiring staff Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including shift management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service excellence Knowledge of culinary practices from fine dining or hotel environments is a plus Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling procedures Join us as our Restaurant Manager to lead with passion, inspire your team, and deliver memorable dining experiences.
