Job Description
Lola's Waterfront Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead one of South Florida's premier waterfront dining destinations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, developing strong teams, and driving financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
- Partner with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
- Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and operational performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
