General Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our establishment in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the food industry, particularly in casual dining and quick service fast food environments. This role requires a hands-on approach to management, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a positive team culture. Duties Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Lead, train, and develop staff through effective supervision and mentoring. Manage food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Implement training development programs for new hires and ongoing staff education. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to optimize operational efficiency. Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing customer feedback and enhancing service quality. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual dining or quick service fast food restaurants. Strong background in bartending or food production is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Experience in training development is a plus, showcasing an ability to enhance team performance.
