  • No Seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead operations for an upscale casual, high-volume restaurant concept in Jupiter, FL.
Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years experience as a General Manager in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant. Proven experience managing restaurants with $6M+ annual revenue. Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate a team of approximately 50 employees. Hands-on operator comfortable being present on the floor during service. Strong focus on guest service and hospitality standards. Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations including front-of-house teams, service standards, and guest experience. Lead, train, and develop a large service team while maintaining a positive culture. Drive revenue performance, operational efficiency, and profitability. Maintain strong floor presence ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction. Partner with ownership and leadership to support operational growth and long-term success.
