Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and high efficiency. Implement and uphold high standards in food, beverage, and service quality. Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the venue, ensuring a stylish and inviting ambiance. Maintain an upscale hospitality atmosphere, providing a high-touch guest experience. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Curate VIP and special guest experiences, ensuring premium service standards. Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence. Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs effectively. Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing, promotions, and event planning. Analyze financial reports, budgets, and sales trends to optimize profitability. Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the Director of F&B on financial goals, pricing strategies, and forecasting. Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies. Oversee event planning and execution, including private parties, and seasonal promotions. Engage with social media and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) as a General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue. Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and mixology trends in high-end dining and nightlife. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls. Experience in luxury hospitality and VIP guest service preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Passion for curating unique guest experiences and leading a high-energy team. Willing to be hands-on and work side by side with our employees. Uphold the established Company standards and policies.
