Position Overview The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, driving profitability, delivering excellent guest service, and developing a strong team. This role oversees 15-30employees, including Shift Coordinators and Team Members. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory and control costs. Oversee cash handling and security procedures. Ensure equipment and facility maintenance. Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service. Uphold operational and brand standards. Support scheduling, staffing, and team development. 24-hour restaurant experience preferred. Qualifications Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred). 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience required; management experience preferred. Strong leadership and guest service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed. ServSafe certification required.
