Team:

Hire, train, and supervise a dedicated staff across both the retail and restaurant departments.

Operations Excellence:

Manage opening/closing procedures, daily seafood procurement, and inventory oversight.

Guest Experience:

Act as the face of the business by greeting customers and resolving concerns with a professional, solution-oriented touch.

Drive Results:

Ensure sales targets are met while maintaining the visual presentation of our retail and dining spaces.

Logistics & Tech:

Master the Aloha POS system and manage daily UPS shipping logistics for our retail products.

What We're Looking For Experienced Leaders:

Prior management experience in a retail or restaurant/hospitality environment is required.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications:

Food Handler's certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Aloha POS are preferred.

Communication:

Fluent in English with the ability to lead a diverse team and interact professionally with the public.

Position Details Classification:

Hourly, Full-Time.

Schedule:

Flexibility for restaurant needs is required.
