Duties Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment through effective supervision and leadership. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency with brand standards and customer expectations. Develop innovative menus that highlight culinary excellence while considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences. Manage inventory levels meticulously, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and reducing waste through efficient inventory management practices. Ensure strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations. Coordinate catering events, banquet services, and special functions with precision to deliver outstanding service experiences. Monitor shift operations to optimize workflow, manage staffing schedules, and maintain high productivity levels during busy periods. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management. Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of food production processes, food handling safety protocols, and sanitation procedures. Experience in menu planning, food service management, and cost control strategies within the food industry. Familiarity with banquet operations, dietary department standards, and inventory control systems.
