Duties:
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with management to create employee schedules
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash register duties
- Assist in food preparation and ensure food quality standards are met
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential.Skills:
- Experience in restaurant, culinary, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is desirable
- Understanding of food production processes and food safety regulations
