In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and manage all aspects of restaurant management to deliver a memorable dining experience for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about the food industry and hospitality management to make a significant impact. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently while maintaining efficient kitchen operations. Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the restaurant environment. Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while optimizing labor costs. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, conducting staff training on food handling, hospitality best practices, and customer service excellence. Oversee catering services, banquet events, and special functions to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction. Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Qualifications Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems; strong cash handling skills required. Demonstrated supervisory skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management. Familiarity with inventory control practices and food safety regulations; certifications in food handling preferred. Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports to improve restaurant performance. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment. Knowledge of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and event coordination (banquets & catering). Previous experience in hotel or bar environments is a plus; kitchen experience highly valued. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support restaurant operations.
