We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations in the heart of Miami Beach. Position Overview As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and a positive team culture. You will lead by example, coach and develop team members, and maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Strong culinary expertise with a deep understanding of proteins, cooking techniques, flavor development, and quality standards
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
- Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for premium ingredients, food safety, cost control, and operational excellence

- Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members

- Ensure consistent execution of all menu items to the highest standards
- Maintain excellence in seasoning, texture, temperature, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with chefs and leadership on menu innovation and new product development Operations & Financial Performance
- Oversee food preparation, production, and service operations
- Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and vendor relationships
- Implement systems to control food cost, labor cost, and waste
- Monitor kitchen productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement Food Safety & Compliance
- Maintain exceptional standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations
