The Assistant Restaurant Manager, will assist in the day-to-day food service operation. The position entails ensuring the standards of excellence are met, supervises staff, and may support leadership with financial responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages all functional areas of the restaurant. Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates. Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team. Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls. Assists with catering events. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
4 years of food service supervisory or lead experience. Luxury hotel exp Experience in fine dining restaurants Experience managing cost controls is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
