Supervise cash handling processes, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and shift management to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement food safety protocols, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and community involvement. Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and analyzing sales data to meet business goals. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
