Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
