Job Description

Restaurant Manager Theo's Seafood & Pasta Location:
Miami, FL (Must be able to work at both our 62nd Street and 46th Street locations) About Us Theo's Seafood & Pasta is a growing, family-owned restaurant committed to serving great food with exceptional hospitality. We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing a strong team. This is a working manager position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading from the front, supporting both the kitchen and front of house, and ensuring every shift operates efficiently.
Compensation Starting Pay:
$600 per week (First 30 days) 30-
Day Performance Review:
Opportunity to increase to $675 per week 90-
Day Performance Review:
Opportunity to earn up to $750 per week based on performance, leadership, reliability, and overall contribution. Benefits Free manager meal during every shift Growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Approximately 50 to 55 hours per week Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Supervise and support both front-of-house and kitchen staff. Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Assign duties and hold team members accountable. Ensure employees arrive on time and are prepared for each shift. Monitor ticket times, food quality, and order accuracy. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Train, coach, and develop team members. Complete opening and closing procedures. Enforce company policies and operating standards. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs. Support catering, delivery, and high-volume operations. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment. Qualifications Restaurant management or leadership experience required. Strong kitchen background is required. Ability to lead and support back-of-house operations. Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Basic POS and cash-handling experience. Valid driver's license required. Reliable personal vehicle required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
