Beach House Manager -Hourly

Position Summary:

As an Hourly Manager, you will support daily restaurant operations, lead frontline team members, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume beachfront environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations, including opening, mid, and closing shiftsLead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service standardsEnsure consistent execution of service, cleanliness, and brand standardsAssist with scheduling, labor control, and shift coverage as neededHandle guest interactions, resolve concerns professionally, and elevate the guest experiencePartner with culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food deliveryMonitor inventory levels, supplies, and assist with ordering when necessaryEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulationsTrain new hires and reinforce ongoing training for current staffStep into service roles when needed to support the team during peak periods

Qualifications:

13 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (high-volume preferred)Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of POS systems and restaurant operationsFlexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to delivering outstanding guest service

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbsAbility to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, humidity, and varying weatherFrequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the restaurantAbility to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces (beachfront environment)
