Job Description
GENERAL MANAGER
- Manage all functions of Papa John's Restaurant
- Deliver high quality products & customer service
- Ensure restaurant profitability
- Self sufficient leader
- Make quality decisions
- Instill team member pride/accountability
- Operations management
- Execute company policies, procedures, systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws & ethical business practices
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build quality standards with team members and customer service
- Recruit & train team members
- Ensure compliance with uniform/appearance standards
- Document/conduct performance reviews
- Seek sales through local store marketing
- Manage profit goals
- Budget food, labor & other costs
- Plan/manage inventory
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, properly functioning equipment adherence to safety standards
KEY INGREDIENTS
- High school or GED required
- Serve Safe Local or state food service certification
- 2 year restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license, Proof of insurance, Satisfactory vehicle, ability to drive
