Kitchen Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus up to 15% of base salary 50% employer-covered health insurance for individuals Generous paid time off: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years Career growth with multiple new openings planned in the Jacksonville area Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience managing a scratch kitchen or upscale coffee/food concept Strong background in kitchen leadership and back-of-house operations Proven knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe Certification preferred Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience with QSRs featuring scratch kitchens or higher-end coffee concepts Skills in vendor relationships, ordering, and food cost management Familiarity with batch cooking, prep systems, and recipe management Kitchen Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead back-of-house team in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and fresh ingredient standards Oversee food safety, sanitation, inventory, ordering, and waste management Execute menu items, maintain prep lists, and ensure recipe consistency Optimize portion control and manage kitchen costs to achieve financial targets Motivate, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment
