Job Description

About the
Role:
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Assistant Club Manager to help support the day-to-day operations of our vibrant community clubhouse. You'll work closely with the Clubhouse Manager to create a welcoming environment for residents and guests, oversee amenities, help manage staff, execute events and ensure the clubhouse runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk Oversee clubhouse activities, events, and amenities including the pool, fitness center, lounge, and courts. Support scheduling and daily operations using task/calendar management software Assist in hiring, training, and supervising clubhouse staff or lifeguards Respond to resident questions and concerns. Help manage clubhouse supplies, cleanliness, and overall upkeep Ensure rules, safety procedures, and facility guidelines are followed Support the planning and execution of community events and programs Assist with budgeting and invoicing.
Qualifications:
Atleast 1 year of management experience required. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or clubhouse/recreation management required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic tech/computer proficiency (Microsoft, outlook, etc) Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Must be organized, detail-oriented, and friendly Availability to work evenings and weekends $55,000 +
