Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pizza Chef / Manager to lead our culinary team in crafting exceptional pizzas and overseeing daily restaurant operations. This dynamic role combines hands-on food preparation with team leadership, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and quality standards Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high performance levels Oversee daily restaurant operations including shift management, inventory control, and food safety compliance Manage food production processes, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Coordinate menu planning and special catering events, incorporating dietary considerations and customer preferences Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs to optimize profitability Uphold food handling standards and safety regulations in accordance with local health department guidelines Experience Proven experience in food production, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision within a fast-paced environment Extensive background in pizza preparation, with a focus on quality presentation Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing shifts, and fostering a positive work environment Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety protocols such as HACCP or equivalent standards Experience working within the food industry including hospitality settings, catering, or culinary roles involving menu planning and food service management Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, food handling procedures, and kitchen operations to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction Previous roles involving supervising staff in restaurant or catering environments will be highly valued Join us to lead a vibrant culinary team where your skills will shine!
