The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on restaurant management and hospitality. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to supervise staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain high-quality service. Duties Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Train and develop staff in food preparation techniques, customer service excellence, and cash handling procedures. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food safety compliance, and quality assurance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff. Oversee scheduling and staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen management principles. Experience in staff training and development, with the ability to motivate team members effectively. Familiarity with cash handling processes and point-of-sale systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. A passion for coffee or experience in coffee preparation is a plus.
