The restaurant bar manager is responsible for running the restaurant and bar. Ordering beer, liquor and wine, inventory. Previous experience with this is a must. Holding staff accountable for their jobs. To be successful as a restaurant manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. A great restaurant bar manager ensures that customers are satisfied with all aspects of their experience.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Hire and train staff. Work hand in hand with the General Manager. Over see all aspects of the bar Accountable for liquor costs Talk to customers to receive feedback on their service. Open and close the restaurant daily. Motivate staff during busy shifts. Ensure that staff members are available for shifts.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

3 years prior management experience in the restaurant industry.
