Assistant General Manager -
Luxury Dining Location:
Ocala, FL Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 +

Our client is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join a premier hospitality destination known for delivering exceptional dining experiences, elevated service standards, and unforgettable guest experiences. What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front and Back of House team members.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, purchasing, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.
  • Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and serve as acting General Manager when needed.
  • Assist in driving operational efficiencies while maintaining elevated service standards.
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of food and beverage management experience.
  • Experience leading teams in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurant environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Professional presence with a passion for hospitality excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • WSET II, Introductory Sommelier certification, or equivalent beverage experience. Why Join Us?
