Job Description
Successful BBQ Restaurant seeking experienced managers for immediate placement. Qualified applicants will have 3+ years of experience as a GM or AGM in restaurant management and specifically BBQ. Job duties include day-to-day supervision of staff, monitoring of food and equipment, interaction with guests, Solid grasp of inventory and ordering, P&L knowledge. Experience with catering, takeout and third-party services. Excellent guest service skills, with a hospitality-first mentality. Must have ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Volusia County, FL Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Computer skills with Word and Excel are encouraged. Good communication skills are required. 5-day work weeks, closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. Vacation and Bonus payout monthly for profit .
