This role is ideal for someone with a strong culinary and kitchen operations background who also enjoys developing people, engaging with guests, and driving overall restaurant performance. At 4 Rivers, our managers don't lead from behind a desk. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can balance back-of-house execution, front-of-house hospitality, and large-scale catering operations while building a strong team culture. Why Join 4 Rivers?
