Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the overall success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and team leadership, with a strong background in restaurant management and food service. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, managing staff, and ensuring smooth operations in a lively dining environment. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and food quality. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and kitchen management to ensure consistency and safety standards are met. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and POS system management. Train and develop staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Coordinate shift management and scheduling to meet customer demand while maintaining staff well-being. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and interviewing potential staff members. Background in food safety standards, food handling procedures, and overall food industry best practices. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience working in diverse dining environments including fine dining, casual dining, catering, or hotel settings is a plus. Pay:
Up to $60,000.00 per year
