Restaurant General Manager:
Experience:
3-5 years of current restaurant General Manager experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant. Drive the key financial metrics on the P&L to meet or exceed targets. Build a culture of teamwork and the development of the team. A food safety mindset and ServeSafe certification, familiarity with POS systems, and basic restaurant equipment and building maintenance. Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead with integrity at all times. What We Offer the
Restaurant General Manager:
Medical/Dental/vision insurance/401K. Base salary of $65K to $70K with a bonus program that is very attainable and adds $30K to $40K, making this a realistic $100K opportunity! 2 weeks' vacation in the first year.
