Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Your leadership will inspire creativity in menu planning, maintain rigorous food safety standards, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to guarantee consistency and excellence in every plate Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Coordinate with the catering and banquet teams to deliver outstanding service for special events and large-scale functions Oversee shift management, scheduling staff rotations efficiently to meet operational demands while fostering team development Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or as a head chef with a strong background in leadership roles Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Knowledge of dietary requirements and dietary department operations to accommodate special requests or restrictions Familiarity with inventory management systems, food safety protocols, and kitchen equipment maintenance Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to motivate staff and ensure high performance Experience in banquet settings, catering services, or large-scale food production is highly desirable Certifications related to food safety (such as ServSafe) or hospitality management are preferred Join us as we elevate culinary standards through innovative leadership and unwavering dedication to quality. $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
