What You'll Do As the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for achieving financial goals, developing your leadership team, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for both guests and team members. Business & Financial Performance Own the restaurant's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance. Drive sales growth while controlling labor and food costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results. Manage inventory, cash handling, deposits, repair expenses, and purchasing. Review weekly financial performance with the District Manager and execute improvement plans. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all Wingstop operational standards and company policies. Execute opening, closing, and shift management procedures consistently. Maintain excellent food quality, speed of service, and order accuracy. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside the building. Lead successful internal audits and food safety inspections. Guest Experience Deliver an exceptional guest experience through outstanding hospitality. Coach the team to provide friendly, accurate, and fast service every shift. Resolve guest concerns professionally and create loyal guests. Drive positive online reviews, guest surveys, and community engagement. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop top talent. Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching and succession planning. Conduct regular performance conversations and provide ongoing feedback. Hold managers and team members accountable to company expectations. Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and recognition.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L. Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Multi-unit leadership development experience. ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain). Experience with QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations.
