We're looking for an energetic, dependable Assistant Bakery Manager to help lead our amazing team and deliver the exceptional guest experience Nothing Bundt Cakes is known for. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with opportunities for advancement into a salaried management role for the right candidate. What You'll Do Lead and support the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Motivate, coach, and develop team members while creating a positive, team-oriented culture. Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the high standards of the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand. Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure every guest receives the best experience. Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Accurately handle cash and oversee daily operational procedures. Lead by example by working alongside the team in all bakery positions , including: Baking Frosting Guest Services Utility/Dish Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, and other management responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications Required:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have open availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM , including weekends and holidays as needed. Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in a bakery, restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. (Assistant Manager, Department Lead, Shift Leader, or similar role.) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a passion for creating an outstanding guest experience.

Preferred:

Experience with food production or kitchen management. Hospitality or restaurant management experience. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
