You're a trainer, a problem-solver, and the face of Pollo Campero on the floor — leading your team, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves happy. This is a hands-on leadership role with real opportunity to grow into a General Manager position. What You'll Do Lead and coach the team during your shift, with minimal supervision Train crew members on operations and technical skills Open or close the restaurant and keep daily operations running smoothly Make sure procedures, protocols, and safety standards are followed Jump in to solve problems as they come up — staffing, customer issues, or otherwise Keep customers happy, and handle any complaints with care Support the General Manager with inventory, scheduling, and labor management Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant Bring energy and positivity to the team every shift What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in a similar role or in customer service A leadership mindset — you know how to bring a team together A guest-first attitude Food Handler's Card / ServSafe Certification (preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, varies by location) Comfortable using basic computer systems Able to lift/push up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Why Pollo Campero Real growth opportunities — most of our leaders started as Crew Members Competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and flexible scheduling A fast-paced, energetic team environment Employee discounts on the best fried chicken around Ready to add some flavor to your career?
