About the Role We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Manager to lead our team in delivering world-class hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who believes that success starts with developing great people. This position is responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team that consistently creates memorable guest experiences while driving strong business results. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team that embodies our hospitality values. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and positivity where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and daily pre-shift meetings to motivate and align the team. Identify and cultivate emerging leaders for future management opportunities. Lead by example — modeling professionalism, humility, and a "people-first" mindset. Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, quality food, and exceptional guest experiences. Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand presentation. Monitor sales, labor, and cost of goods to achieve or exceed financial targets. Ensure consistency in execution across all shifts and departments. Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to uphold operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Guest Experience Foster an environment where every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. Engage with guests daily to build relationships and gather feedback. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to impress. Strategic Leadership Partner with ownership and the leadership team to execute long-term goals for growth and profitability. Contribute creative ideas for marketing, events, and community involvement. Analyze trends and use data-driven insights to improve performance and guest loyalty. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-service restaurant management, preferably in high-volume or coastal/lifestyle hospitality concepts. Proven success in developing and mentoring teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance people, product, and profit. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A passion for hospitality and genuine care for people — guests and team alike.

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
