We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shift Runner to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne, United States. As a Shift Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and motivating your team to achieve our goals.

Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shiftsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety protocolsLead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer serviceHandle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficientlyManage inventory, cash handling, and cost control measuresCoordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist in training and developing new team membersCollaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performanceAdapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsMust have a little Domino's pizza experience or pizza experience No experience starts at minimum wage then will get a raise after training is over. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferredExcellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiencesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to demonstrate and enforce team member and food safety protocolsProficiency in basic math and cash handlingDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisionsMust be 18 of age or olderBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferred)Additional InformationAt Domino's, we are a brand of honesty, transparency and accountability and we want exceptional people like you to join our team!
