- Jimmy John's (South Florida) We're looking for a strong leader to run one of our Jimmy John's locations.
As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for your store's team, operations, and overall performance — with the support of a larger leadership team behind you. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop your team Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient shifts Manage scheduling, hiring, and team performance Maintain high standards for speed, quality, and cleanliness Drive sales and control costs (labor & food) What We're Looking For Management experience (restaurant experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Someone dependable who takes ownership of their store Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment Schedule Expectations Average ~50 hours per week Primarily Monday-Friday schedule Weekend availability as needed based on business needs Compensation & Benefits $47,000 base salary + performance bonus Total compensation: $50,000
