Manager Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following: Cultivating a positive team culture and providing a fantastic work environment. Managing daily restaurant business operations. Developing and implementing growth and sales strategies. Training low-level managers and staff. Improving revenue in the restaurant. Hiring team members for the coffee and juice bar. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing and managing accounting and financial data. Executing local store marketing, merchandising, sales, and promotional efforts to increase sales volume and guest traffic. Managing inventory, placing and receiving orders. Inventory and cost of goods control and management. Labor cost management Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Skills - Include but are not limited to the following: 1+ years of supervisory or management restaurant or coffee experience. Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Ability to manage store restaurant operations independently Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage resources to ensure established service levels are maintained at all times Exceptional interpersonal skills Knowledge of guest service techniques Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures Organization and planning skills Strong problem-solving skills Team building skills and strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to follow procedures and willing to comply with dress code requirements Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations Ability to operate a POS cashier system Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
