This is not a sit-in-the-office role. We're looking for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and understands how to run a busy, polished restaurant while keeping both guests and staff engaged. What you'll be doing Overseeing all front and back of house operations Leading, coaching, and developing managers and team members Driving service standards and creating memorable guest experiences Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and overall profitability Maintaining strong floor presence during peak service periods Partnering with ownership on operational goals and business growth Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all standards What you bring to the table. Previous Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume environment Upscale casual or polished dining background preferred Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced setting Financial acumen including labor and cost controls Passion for hospitality, service, and team development Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Competitive salary, bonus potential, and opportunity for growth offered for the right candidate .
