Assistant Operations Manager - Vacation Rental Managment

Luxury Vacation Rental Operations Assistant Opulent Property Management is a luxury vacation rental management company seeking a dependable, highly capable Operations Assistant to support our team and help maintain the high standards expected in luxury hospitality. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in Airbnb, short-term rentals, vacation rentals, hospitality, housekeeping coordination, property management, or guest-ready home operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, proactive, discreet, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. This is not a Monday-Friday, 9-5 position. The vacation rental business is busiest on weekends, holidays, evenings, and during last-minute guest or property needs. Candidates must have an open and highly flexible schedule.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with day-to-day vacation rental operations Helping prepare luxury homes for guest arrivals Performing property checks and quality-control inspections Coordinating supplies, linens, inventory, and restocking needs Assisting with errands and property-related tasks as assigned by management Supporting special requests, vendor access, maintenance coordination, and guest-ready preparation Identifying and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally Supporting the team wherever needed to maintain a luxury-level guest experience Ideal candidate: Has relevant Airbnb, vacation rental, hospitality, or property management experience Has an open, flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Is dependable, loyal, trustworthy, and professional Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in details Is highly organized and able to follow through without constant supervision Is a proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure Understands the importance of discretion, urgency, and luxury-level service This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to become a valued long-term team member in a growing luxury vacation rental management company.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
