hard working individuals. As an assistant manager/Shift Leader, you will be trained to become the GM. We have 5 stores in the area, and plenty of room to grow. Come get a job with us!
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the food production, catering, and bartending departments
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards
  • Assist in training and development of new employees
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of events and services
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role. QSR Preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
