Assistant Manager - Culvers

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong decision making skills with the ability to develop and sustain a high performing team. Ability to build relationships and foster a positive and friendly environment. One to two years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for a Full-Time (40+ Hours per week plus overtime) Assistant Manager who are hardworking, reliable, and not afraid of a fast paced environment. This is a ground floor opportunity with a growing local franchise. A majority of Culver's managers and just over a third of the current owners started in the Culver's development program as entry level team members who worked their way up. Talented and motivated crew members are mentored, coached, and moved up through our development program internally.

Your main responsibilities would include:

Table touches, talking to the Guests, recognizing and maintaining regulars, maintaining the dining room, coaching other team members with leading by example, addressing any Guest Opportunities and making their experience GREAT, team work, leadership with team members, etc. If you love to talk to Guests & really get to know them while working as a team, this position is for YOU!

Our hours of operation are:

Sunday•

Thursday:

10:00 a.m.•12:00 a.m.

Friday and Saturday:

10:00 a.m.•12:00 a.m. Must like people, have a good attitude and reliable transportation.
